Get ready for the Digital Switchover
Avoid digital switchover problems with BT Vision
Between now and 2012, the UK's old television broadcast signal (known as "analogue") is being switched off and replaced with a "digital" signal. This will be done systematically by TV region and is called "Digital Switchover".
After switchover, all television programming in the UK will be digitally transmitted and any TV set, or video recorder, that's not converted to digital when the switchover takes place will no longer receive TV programmes. You do not need to replace your existing television sets to receive digital services. But, you will need to get some additional equipment that will.
BT Vision is fully digital compliant and will convert the TV set you connect it to, to a digital signal - bringing you all the usual TV channels and lots, lots more!
