It’s a jungle out there for single folk looking for love, so to make things easier and a lot more fun, the jungle has been brought into the studio for the enthralling dating show Take Me Out, available now on Vision Replay.

In scenes somewhat reminiscent of the Roman sport of introducing Christians to lions with empty tummies, eligible bachelors are lowered into the midst of a gaggle of ladies looking for Mr Right, with host Paddy McGuinness playing Cupid.

Anyone who doesn’t like his look can immediately give the guy the elbow, and then it’s down to the rest of the lasses to slowly unravel the would-be Romeo’s personality, opting in and out until a potentially perfect match is made.

Every exciting episode sees as least four dates set up, and with the same girls remaining until they have picked a partner, there’s plenty of chance to root for your favourites and boo the girls that get your goat.
