Enjoy BRIT Outstanding Contributors Blur at their Best

Blur's Best: 1991-99

WHOO HOO! As Damon Albarn and his chirpy chums prepare to claim their BRIT Awards 2012 Outstanding Contribution To Music gong, celebrate the four-piece’s six-string superiority with Vision Music’s Blur’s Best: 1991-99 playlist.

Having churned out tunes as infectious as ode-to-pigeon-feeding Parklife, the gender-ific anthem Girls & Boys and hedonistic headbanger Song 2, it’s no wonder Blur are considered one of the seminal bands of the 90s.

With five UK No.1 albums, two No.1 singles (including Country House, the winner of the legendary 1995 chart battle with OasisRoll With It) and numerous sell-out tours to their name, the London outfit can now add a BRIT Outstanding Contribution To Music Award to their long list of accomplishments.

You can watch the boys scoop their gong live on ITV1 on 21 February, but if that’s too long to wait for a bout of Blur’s best, head to Music > New > The Brit Awards 2012.

Don’t forget, you can enjoy playlists from other BRIT nominees there, too!

Music can be found on your BT Vision+ box by pressing the BT Vision button on your remote, moving the > button along to the On Demand menu and selecting Music.
