Halloweentown is the place monsters go to when they’ve had enough of real life, but now the evil Kalabar has come up with a plan to spoil it for everyone and turn it into dullsville.

The only one who can stop him in his tracks is a young witch called Marnie Piper – along with a little help from her magical Grandma Aggie (played by Hollywood legend Debbie Reynolds). But will Marnie succeed?
