Set in the Deep South during the 1930′s in Mississippi, this hilarious comedy features George Clooney as one of three chain gang escapees – Everett, Pete, and Delmar – on an incredible journey in search of treasure.

Along the way the convicts happen to stumble upon a recording studio and record the song Man of Constant Sorrow, which becomes a hit throughout the southern states.
